If your account balance includes funds derived from a bonus, you must complete the applicable wagering requirement before that portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals are always returned in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the process.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on 10sbet are subject to specific terms that are stated alongside each offer. These include the wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 10x), the eligible games or betting markets, the minimum odds where applicable, and the expiry date of the bonus.
Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated for each bonus. If the requirement is not completed by the expiry date, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the account balance. Real-money funds already in your account are not affected.
Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the earlier bonus being cancelled in favour of the most recently activated one.
10sbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using coordinated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed. Repeat offences may result in permanent account closure.
Certain promotions on 10sbet are specifically structured around Pakistan sporting events, including PSL season offers, T20 World Cup accumulators, and cricket-specific cashback promotions. These offers are time-limited and are governed by the terms stated in the individual promotion detail, in addition to these general bonus terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 10sbet. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human mistake, 10sbet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Players will be notified of any such action via the contact details on their account.
Live betting markets on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports are updated in real time. There may be brief periods where markets are suspended during critical moments in a match, such as wickets falling, penalty kicks or video review decisions. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
A bet may be voided in circumstances that include: event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours, match abandonment, incorrect fixture information at the time of market creation, or force majeure events. Voided bet stakes are returned to the account balance in full.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits apply and are displayed on the relevant betting market pages. 10sbet reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where unusual patterns are detected.
The 10sbet VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite. Progression through the tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all products on the platform. Points are earned at different rates depending on the product category.
Benefits associated with each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, daily withdrawal limits and personalised account management — are detailed on the VIP page. 10sbet reserves the right to adjust the points required for each tier, the rate at which points are earned, and the specific benefits attached to each tier, with reasonable advance notice to members who would be negatively affected.
VIP status is reviewed periodically. Members who do not maintain the wagering activity level associated with their current tier may be moved to a lower tier. Decisions regarding tier assignments are made by the 10sbet VIP team and are final.
